Essential Responsibilities:
? 项目总体规划、设计、施工、建设、销售及竣工验收的全程管理；
? 负责整个项目的全面经营管理及统筹工作。
Qualifications/Requirements:
? 本科或以上学历，年龄38—45岁之间；
? 工民建、土木工程或建筑等专业，有企业管理或房地产开发与管理相关知识
? 10年以上年以上房地产项目开发管理经验，有丰富的操盘经验，熟悉宜兴地区的房地产市场，熟悉规划设计施工，熟悉宜兴地区的房地产政策，熟悉房地产开发流程，能及时解决施工及开发过程中的建筑问题；
? 优秀的领导能力，出色的人际交往及社会/政府活动能力
? 具备相关职业资格证书或高级职称佳。
