Key Responsibilities:

Assist manager to handle GL team daily operation issues.
Assist and monitor monthly closing cycles.
Work colsedly with Group Accounting Team & Supporting departments to investigate and explain variance on monthly PL.
Review B/S accounts and relevant schedules, flow up aging items to be cleared
Improve current procedure, and coordinate with operations and supporting depratments on enhancement of operations effciency and internal control.
Review and maintain chart of account, provide recommedation if any needs.
Review the transactions
Maintain the FSG report mapping and create new report if any needs.
Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager.


Qualification:

University degree holder in finance and accounting.
At least 4 years of experience in analysis, and planning modeling, in which 2 years in F&B or retail is highly preferred. MNC is a plus.


Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Able to extract and organize data from systems, exprerience in Oracle Financials and Essbase is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independant.
Excellent communication skills,English, Cantonese and Mandarine
