The senior developer will be responsible for creating all iOS Apps and program code to support the project requirements, and lead (mainly guiding) junior developers in the team.

Job Requirements:
-3+ years of working experience using object-C/C++;
-2+ years of practical experience on mobile application development, at least 1 year on iOS;
-Participated in at least one full lifecycle of commercial grade mobile applications;
-Proficient in iOS SDK including UI, network, database, XML/JSON parsing and other development skills;
-Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
-Familiar with Mac OS X and Xcode;
-Proficient in Object Orientated Design and related terminologies;
-Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
-Desire to learn new technologies;
-Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
-Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
-Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English;
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
-Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
-It’s a plus if the candidate has insurance knowledge;

Job Responsibility:

-Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
-Prepare technical specification;
-Develop software applications;
-Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
-Lead and Guide junior members in the team;
-Other related assignments.

General Requirements for positions:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Self starter and willing to working under pressure
- Having work experience in multinational company is preferable
- Experience in Life Insurance is a plus.
