Job description
1. Employees relationship management
Maintain and update HQ employee database on a timely basis (e.g. LMS Intranet Who is Who, SAP system, apply accounts for new hires, etc)
Maintain and update company organization chart, stuff manual, employee records & personal files both in paper & electronic formats (e.g. basic info, photocopy of ID card, educational certificate, e-mail grouping, etc )
Prepare employment contracts for employees
Coordinate with BJ and SH FESCO regarding employment & resignation of employees, medical reimbursements, housing fund cards, etc)
Prepare invitation letter to foreign experts to assist Chinese Visa application
Help Chinese employees apply for foreign visas.
Help expatriates regarding their work permits in China
Organize company team-building activities and annual meeting, etc
Maintain record & physical possession of employee computers and cellphones
2. Recruitment
Publish company current vacant positions on websites
Help to create NHP and get approval from HQ
Conduct short-listing & initial interviews of potential candidates and recommend to the user departments
Develop talent pool and succession plan
Investigate & propose staff incentive plan and retention plan
3. Training
Identify training needs
Coordinate with training companies and arrange agenda
Collect staff feedbacks and evaluate the training results
4. Performance Evaluation
Assist to draft job descriptions for every position
Oversee the whole performance evaluation processes(e.g. preparation, follow-up, etc)
5. Compensation & Benefits
6. Control in main processes
Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures
Consult and deliver new/ amend policies and procedures into business area
Work together with corporate HR to implement worldwide HR programs in LMS
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above
More than one year relevant working experience, excellent fresh graduate can also be considered
Good command of written/verbal English, CET-6 holder
Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
