职位描述
ROLE
? Reports to General Manager and Head of Operations in UK
? Manage the Chinese office in the absence of General Manager
? Integral part of the role is to be an effective link between product development team, fabric development team and merchandising.
? Experience in costings and product development
? Support on developments for Rice brands and special projects/new business
REQUIREMENTS
? 5 years experience in garment industry with strong sourcing and supplier management skills preferably with men’s tailoring
? English speaking is essential
? Ability to travel overseas and within China and work outside of the normal office hours where necessary
? Good communication with all suppliers
? Individual needs to be passionate and positive, a “self starter”, someone with initiative
? Needs to have a good understanding of international business as well as Chinese supply chain
? Ability to understand technical process is preferable but not essential
? Strong skills in Microsoft Office
