-独立开发幕墙市场
-维护客户关系/及开发行业内新的客户(项目投标)
-提升品牌知名度(专注于中国北方区)
-与代理商、经销商、工程承包商、建筑设计院的紧密合作
-增加幕墙市场的营业额
-监督分析市场及同行的情况
-识别潜在市场、价格和利润
-支持管理层的战略和预算计划
素质要求:
-机械/建筑/土木工程专业本科及以上
-深厚技术背景,热衷于销售岗位
-5年以上销售经验
-熟悉产品及行业,有一定的客户关系
-很强的独立工作能力,出色的组织技能
-对市场和经济走向有敏锐的识别力
-愿意经常出差
-善于交流
-良好的行为举止
-目标性强、自信、敬业
-中文为母语,英文书写及口语流利自如

As a partner of the international construction and supply industry they are producing high-quality products in the fields of fastening technology, reinforcement technology and facade attachment.
The Chinese entity-Deutsche Kahneisen Trading (Beijing) Co. Ltd. which is locates in Beijing since 2008, is looking for an ambitious Sale Talent for the Facade/Curtain Wall Business in South China Area.
Position:
Key Account Manager Façade/ Curtain Wall
For the product segment fastening technology (anchor channels, bolts, accessories)
Location:
Guangzhou with extensive willingness to travel
General responsibilities of the Position:
- Independently processing of the relevant markets and customers with the target to increase and expand the current turnover in this market segment
- Develop/ Implement a defined sales strategy matching to the company’s main products ( anchor channels, bolts, accessories ) in respect to turnover, quantity, prices and margin
- Establish a budget matching to this product segment
- Establish a marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze the market and the competitors
- Distribution of the requested products at already existing customers and acquisition of new customers
Qualifications & Pre-requisites of the candidate:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Engineering with strong technical background
- Unique orientation in distribution and at least 10 years of sales experience in the same or similar position
- Understanding of economical connections and economical key figures
- Experienced in the relevant markets
- Excellent communications skills
- Good manners/ behavior
- Independent working methods and good organizational ability
- Targeted and self-confident
- Chinese native speaker, English: fluent written and spoken
