Since 1889, Dräger has had an outstanding reputation for solving problems in the field of human breathing. Dräger has deeply involved in the handling of gases, in particular, hazard protection and life saving in medical and industrial emergencies. Dräger safety’s business consists of design, manufacturing, sales and service of equipment for gas detection and breathing protection.
We are looking for:
Digital Marketing Manager- Beijing
The Digital Marketing Manager for Greater China is responsible for improving digital marketing performance and the exposure and perception of the Dräger Brand in Digital media in their area of responsibility.
This includes the development and active management of the local websites, local SEM and SEO, all local digital offsite activities, Social Media, eNewsletter and eDM, electronic sales and channel partner support platforms as well as eCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the global Communities of Practice, actively participates in the development of Digital and/or Sales Marketing concepts and ensures a fit of the global concepts to local requirements.
- Supports the Head of Communications & Sales Marketing (Greater China) in developing the local marketing plan and ensures alignment with the global roadmap for the Centers of Excellence for Digital Marketing and Sales Marketing.
- Implements and actively manages digital projects and measures of the marketing plan with particular focus on supporting the achievement of the local business plans and on the improvement of efficiency ratios.
- Actively manages local websites, local SEM and SEO and local digital offsite activities with particular focus on supporting the achievement of the local business plans and on improvement of efficiency ratios.
- Validates, and if required, implements and actively manages local Social Media concepts in close alignment with the Center of Excellence for Digital Marketing.
- Implements and actively manages local Newsletter and local eDM concepts in close alignment with the Center of Excellence for Sales Marketing.
- Implements and actively manages sales and channel partner support platforms in close alignment with the Center of Excellence for Sales Marketing
- Implements and actively manages local eCommerce platforms in close alignment with Center of Excellence for Web & Portal Applications and with local Sales & Service.
- Is the local expert for all Digital Marketing topics.
- Drives competitive Intelligence and trend scouting with respect to Digital Marketing activities in Greater China.
Education:
- Be educated to post-graduate level in Marketing, Communications, e-media or a similar related business and commerce subject.
Related Experience:
- In excess of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or communication function in industrial enterprises or Marketing and/or Communication agency
- Has experience in the implementation of online marketing, campaign development and social media projects.
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge in the conception and implementation of global communication activities in a B2B environment
- Business fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of project management
- Comprehensive knowledge in the management of external agencies
- Ability to work with Microsoft Sharepoint and Omniture
