网管：
1，公司所有电脑及打印、投影设备的维护、检修、安全防范、数据定期备份、刻盘。
2，公司企业邮箱的管理及协助新同事企业邮箱的设置，日常邮件的收发，信息的及时处理。　　3，对公司电脑耗材库存量进行统计。
4，公司网站内容的更新，后台维护。有必要时能够编程制作网站。
5，必要时，协助行政部进行公司VI产品设计的制作：名片、信封、信纸、便签、胶带纸、画册、宣传海报、杂志、灯箱片等。
6，管理各计算机设备说明书、软件工具盘、机房钥匙、业务名片。
7， 话机、机房设备服务器、交换机的管理，保证机器每天正常工作。网速较慢时（影响各部门正常办公）要及时解决。观察系统主机运行情况，控制机房温度和湿度。　　　
8，如遇到不能单独处理或涉及其它部门的故障，应请他人协助共同完成。
9，各部门安装、移动电脑或其它外部设备，应在接到审批手续后再做处理。
10，掌握在紧急状态下，系统的启动及停机处理方法。
11，熟悉系统软件结构和硬件的配置，掌握排除一般硬件故障的办法。
12，定期维护保养系统打印机、终端机，并处理一般故障问题。
13，应答电脑使用部门提出的各种有关问题。
