工作职责：

1. 根据主管安排及制定的日常工作流程进行工作；
2. 管控系统问题的彻底跟进和相关改进措施的实施以提高系统稳定性,不断跟踪系统现存问题的改进状态,并保持和数据库中间件维护人员的密切合作；
3. 负责一个大型核心系统及8个以上应用系统的日常运作维护；
4. 处理用户咨询, 提出优化改善意见；
5. 应用权限及配置管理; 监控系统运行状态,日常健康检查及巡检；
6. 配合开发小组项目运作, 顺利交接投入生产的新软件系统。

工作要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，主修计算机等相关专业；
2. 4年以上技术支持及开发工作经验，熟悉JDE系统开发及多种技术平台,数据库功能；
3. 熟悉相关业务系统运作优先考虑；
4. 具有良好的沟通技能、强烈的责任感、冷静的分析能力；
5. 能在持续压力下工作的精神；
6. 具良好的国语及粤语听说能力。
