工作职责：

1. 根据主管安排及制定的日常工作流程进行相关工作；
2. 处理用户咨询, 提出优化改善意见；
3. 应用权限及配置管理; 监控系统运行状态,日常健康检查及巡检；
4. 负责至少一个大型核心系统及8个以上应用系统的日常运作维护；
5. 管控系统问题的彻底跟进和相关改进措施的实施以提高系统稳定性,不断跟踪系统现存问题的改进状态,并保持和数据库中间件维护人员的密切合作；
6. 配合开发小组项目运作, 顺利交接投入生产的新软件系统；
7. 不断吸收新的技术及业务知识,有效提高自身技能。

工作要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，主修计算机等相关专业；
2. 2年以上技术支持及开发工作经验，熟悉AS400平台核心系统应用开发或测试经验；
3. 熟悉AS400平台RPG、CLP应用程序开发，熟练运用SDA、RLU等编程工具，熟练开发AS400画面显示程序；
4. 熟悉相关业务系统运作优先；
5. 良好的国语及粤语听说能力；
6. 较强的独立工作能力和自我学习能力；
7. 有良好的沟通技能、强烈的责任感、冷静的分析能力；
8. 性格开朗，吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力和工作强度。
