职位描述
Senior Software Engineer/高级软件工程师（JAVA/J2EE）
工作职责：
- 负责软件系统设计开发；根据公司各个业务部门需求，策划、撰写需求调研报告并设计实施方案；
- 参与项目需求分析，研究项目技术细节，编写相应的技术文档；
- 根据新产品开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块；根据需要及时修改、完善软件；
- 根据公司项目管理条例中有关技术文档规范，编写相应的技术文档；编制项目文档、记录质量测试结果；研究项目技术细节；
- 完成项目初始至终结的全部技术跟踪协调工作。
职位要求：
- 正规大学本科以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业；
- 2年以上的Web/Java开发经验并参与主力开发，有Java多层架构开发经验；
- 精通J2EE体系结构，掌握分布式、多线程开发技术，精通Servlet, EJB, JSP, Struts, XML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, AJAX等技术；
- 掌握应用服务器和开发工具，如WebSphere、WebLogic、Tomcat, Jboss等，能对目标系统进行优化配置；
- 掌握ORACLE、SQL Server数据库管理、开发；
- 掌握J2EE开发工具, 如ECLIPSE, JDEVELOPER；
- 熟悉其它开发工具，如VBasic, CRYSTAL REPORT；
- 良好的文档撰写能力, 能够阅读及书写英文资料。
