Senior Packaging Engineer（R&D Center)研发中心高级包装工程师（有日化/食品/药品行业包装开发经验优先）

工作职责：

1. 制定包装材料管理标准及生产达标要求，协助采购对新包装供应商进行准入考核和协助质量管理部对包材供应商进行年度质量考核，确保供应商质量；
2. 协同采购部门，收集整理包装信息，确保物料包装符合规范；
3. 为客户制定运输包装的整体解决方案，针对公司项目及产品提供技术支持；开发和设计产品的包装，并对现有包装进行更新；
4. 对包装材料或结构提出科学的验证方案，并对验证方案、验证报告资料予以整理保存；
5. 客户整体包装的结构设计，并确定产品生产工艺，确保生产产品的可实施性；
6. 包装物流整合，成本分析，提案； 包装材料工艺创新研究，成本递减活动推进；
7. 建立、维护公司包装管理体系，对产品管理、客服、生产等部门的技术咨询支持。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，从事包材开发3年以上，工业设计、包装工程或材料相关专业者优先；
2. 熟悉包装行业及包装开发流程；
3. 精通OFFICE办公软件及常用绘图软件；
4. 良好的沟通与团队合作能力。
