Senior Mechanical Design Supervisor (Machinery)/高级机械设计工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with PE/Eng to define the production process and machine concept for new projects;

2. Design the simple transfer system with existing fixture/ machines;

3. Monitor the project progress and solve the technical barriers, make sure the project can meet the requirement, such as quality, cost, LT;

4. Lead the GK activity, implement of simple transfer system on autorotation line design to reduce operator and improve quality;

5. Work with PE and assembly technician to implement the DFM and DFA technology.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, 3 year or above machine designing working experience;

2. Strong knowledge on mechanical design, especially on simple mechanical arm system design;

3. Know the basic knowledge on lean manufacturing, such as cell line;

4. Experience in mechanical arm design with airless actuator.
