1. 负责游戏项目的整体艺术(美术)风格的把握和创作

2. 负责美术工作计划制定

3. 为项目的设计需求做技术评估和质量监控

4. 制定统一的美术规范,管理美术资源

5, 独立承担设计任务

职位要求:

1.具有扎实的美术功底,良好的色彩感觉,有较好的造型色彩控制能力

2.熟练运用各种常用的绘画软件,具备3D软件经验者优先

3.强烈的团队合作意识,善于沟通,能很好的策划,与程序进行项目协同开发

4.责任心强,能承受项目压力

5.对工作有激情,熟悉游戏各个开发环节者优先

Responsibility:

1. Take charge of the overall style of arts (fine arts) for projects.

2. make plan fr artists'work.

3. Techincal evaluation and quality control for design requirements from projects.

4. Make a unified artists working standard.

5. Complete design task individually.

Requirements:

1. Solid arts knowledge, good color sense, could handle nodelling color control.

2. Good at all kinds of common drawing software in the marketing, 3D experience is preferred.

3. Good at team work, good at communication, good at planning, can be cooperated with developers well.

4. Stong responsibility, able to take pressure and work under tight projec schedule.

5. Passion on work, famliar with the game development is preferred.
