This opportunity is ideal for a research professional who has 1-2 years of experience and is interested in working with top tier investment banking client.


Responsibilities

- Supporting our clients to develop insightful understanding of investment target and its industry, including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking, opportunity assessments, and risk identification through in-depth primary and secondary research
- Be good at creating presentations that include analysis of economic and business cycles, industry value chain, market size, market segments, market shares, market drivers, market trends, products and services
- Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters to understand industry growth and profitability
- Supporting our clients with financial analysis including market sizing, investment, DCF, trading/transaction comparables
- Conducting quality check on work delivered by junior analysts
- Assisting with various pitch presentations


Qualifications

- Native Chinese speaker with good command over English
- Prior 2+ years experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity or equity research in China is preferred; have a good understanding of Chinese market and enthusiastic about serving private equity clients
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive environment
- Be able to take responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experienced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent academic track record


Location: Beijing

Duration: Permanent

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
