职位描述
1. JOB SUMMARY
? Set up and refine product engineering system and procedure within MB division.
? Monitor and support ESI/NPI on all MB projects.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work close with Site Engineering managers and their product engineering team on critical technical matters.
? Set up product engineering related system and procedures
? Develop corp and sites product engineering team and conduct necessary training
? Monitor ESI project status and provide technical support
? Oversee internal DFM and conduct competency/risk assessment.
? Provide technical leadership to Sites on cross-processes/complicated engineering problem solving.
? Support on new process outsourcing/development and new equipment/material evaluation.
? Collect lesson learn and organize them in an effective learning way.
? Track new technology and process trends using in Tele-comm and housing electric-products, provide periodically technical update to management and key technical staff.
? Technical document standardization control.
3. REQUIREMENT
? A bachelor or master degree of mechanical engineering
? At least 8 years of hands-on product design experience.
? Familiar with product manufacturing process equipment, tool, jig & fixture, and tolerance analysis.
? Good understanding of industry development and practice.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Be self-directed and with high level of energy and determination to finding solutions.
? Solid technical foundation and able/willing to think out of the box to resolve issues.
? Adopt a fact-base and data-driven decision making working culture.
