Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of catering outlets.
Achieve company goals, budgets and implementation of objectives.
Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance
and cost control.
Lead the operational execution.
Coordinate with the Executive Chefs in product development, food quality and cost
control.
Identify market trend and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
Budgeting and forecasting economic trends and demographic information.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines.
5 years or above experiences in sizable company.
Managerial experience in group of catering outlets and high-end restaurants is an
advantage.

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and mandarin.
Strong leadership and self motivated.
Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Good Analytical capabilities.
Immediately available is highly preferred
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager
