岗位职责：
1、负责策划和组织SEM策略与实施推广，能够制定投放优化思路清晰并可行的优化操作方案；
2、进行SEM具体投放执行，操作管理SEM投放系统，对投放效果进行分析监控和优化，提升投放有效性，达到投资回报最大化；
3、根据公司战略有效管理推广预算，合理进行帐户的充值、续费等工作；
4、与SEM投放相关其他部门交流，并协助完成SEM方面的投放要求；
5、按阶段汇报监控分析和优化成果；
6、研究竞争对手及其他网站SEM营销策略，并提出合理建议和应对措施。
任职资格：
1、本专以上学历，一年以上SEM相关经验，有搜索营销公司、传统网站网络营销工作经验优先。
2、熟悉搜索引擎，精通目前主要搜索引擎SEM的原理，能熟练运用百度、Google等竞价系统
3、能够独立的进行竞价系统的操作，如：扩展有效关键字，添加创意，调整价格等；
4、思维敏捷，有一定抗压能力，强烈的责任心和学习能力，良好的语言沟通能力；
5.对数据变化敏感，较强的数据分析和挖掘经验，熟悉使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件。
