Key Objectives:

• This function is part of the Brilliance support project. The goal of the function is to setup and lead a cross-functional BMW / BBA project team with the aim to connect Brilliance with the spare parts supply system of BBA. Within this framework the taks and responsibility of this function is to setup and lead the necessary cross-functional project team, identification and sourcing of necessary project budget, agreement of project targets with all participants, target measurement and follow-up, management reporting and deviation management, if necessary. Furthermore this function is the interface towards the regarding Brilliance project team, including project management tasks for this interface.
  A further interface that this function has to manage is the interface to the regarding Aftersales departments of BMW AG in Munich.

Major Responsibilities:

• Integration of the complete delivery spare parts process within BBA for Brilliance including logistic, stock and claim management.
• Clarification of the spare parts process with the BBA finance department and controlling, and implementation of the billing processes between BBA and Brilliance (invoice format, number of periods, payment methods reminders, invoices in paper or electronic form, etc.).
• Arrangements with BBA pricing to fix the prices of spare parts, taking into account the quantities for the BMW scope of delivery to Brilliance.
• Arrangement with IT, that Brilliance is connected to the BBA-IT system (spare part system) and to ensure the IT system is implemented and running.
• Legal requirements should be clarify with the legal department at BBA.
• Coordination with the technical support and the warranty department, so that Brilliance is connected to the quality processes at BBA.

Education / Degree:

• Master or Bachelor in business administration, engineering or industrial engineering

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:

• Experience in automotive processes (in parts sourcing beneficial)
• Experience in international automotive companies
• Project management skills and experience
• Good communication skills / good team-player
• Fluent in English and Chinese language
• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams
• Target oriented, assertive personality
• Strong analytical skills
• Intercultural competency

Experience:

• Automotive and / or spare parts business
• Project management experience (nationally and internationally)
