Job Description

- Managing work assignment and utilization of PMO team.
- Assist business management, support on budget control and steering execution process.
- Project proposal template preparation, organize resource for RFP response upon sales and portfolio manager’s request.
- Distribute report requirement and provide template for PMO team to follow; design reports with enterprise PMO.
- Review and consolidate PMO reports for higher management reference;
- Manage revenue, order and OI for all portfolios based on biz plan.
- Utilization reports to each portfolio manager for shorten of non-billable utilization and improving billable utilization.
- Create out all templates related to project management for project use.
- Assist Project Manager to create out project management plan by providing template and review the plan.
- Program/project monitoring and escalation by collecting project data.
- Prepare slides for manager per manager’s instruction.
- Instruct and responsible for project PMO member's job.
- Ad-hoc requirement from business head.
- Trouble shooting from PMO and operation perspective.

Skill Requirements
1. Language skills :
- Fluent Chinese and English in writing and verbal.
2. Work experience :
- 3+ years working experiences in PMO, project managetment experience as project manager.
- Microsoft office experience
Power point : very good
Word : good
Excel : very good
Sharepoint (Archiving systems) : very good
3. Personal skills :
- Good communication skills
- Open minded
- Well organized and structured and pushy.
- Team player
