Title: Branch Manager
Company: Thomas International China-Beijing Martinsen Training & Consulting Co. Ltd.
Report to: VP China

Our approach focuses on both individuals and organisational teams and is based on behavioural techniques of analysis and identifying learning potential and training needs, using a modern computer technology and the abilities of professional managerial experts.
We are looking for talented people with the following profile:
Position responsibilities:
Develop and execute a clear, targeted and profitable business growth strategy for Branch Company, with a strong emphasis on earnings maximization through strong operational focus and costs management. Successfully lead and motivate the branch sales team and other branch staff to achieve the goal.
Briefly Key responsibilities of the position:
1.Profitable business Growth 40%
Put the branch company on a sustainable profitable growth path, and get the business goal
2.Consulting and Technical Support 30%
Provide technical support to the sales team and use expertise in HR consulting area to help the sales team get deals done; when necessary could act as trainer in at least on HR-related topic or be project manager/senior consultant in HR consulting projects
3.Office management 15%
Provide office management in all aspects including recruitment, internal training, people appraisal, cost control, etc.
4. Marketing events 15%
Cooperate with marketing manager based in Beijing, build local marketing strategy; create profitable network and gather both internal and external resources/chances for local marketing events to get contacts of potential clients.
Requirements:
? At least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team in consulting companies
? Familiar with Guangzhou enterprises and with good network/connections
? Fluently Written and spoken English is a must
? Excellent communication and encourage skills
? Active, positive attitude, result orientation, self-driven to get objective
? Experience of project manager in consulting projects preferred
? Experience in HR management role preferred
