Role Summary:
? Focus of this role is to increase sales revenues through effective coverage of the market in accordance with the strategy of the company
? To actively convert competitors business and create opportunities in new projects/processes and products of the customers
? To manage and build customer relationships for a long term partnership
Main Tasks:
? Grow the sales revenue from existing and new customers
? Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to customer enquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
? Make quotations and proposals to customers
? Increase the sales revenue of assigned territory
? Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business in an account
? Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
? Reduce and control account receivables in the territory
? Create Account plans and track customer’s product pipeline
? Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business
? Feed market information through prescribed sales reports
Requirements:
? Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field. Master or higher degree is preferential
? 2 – 5 years’ experience in the above mentioned products sales or related fields
? Good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, work independently, willingness to travel frequently
? Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working
? Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
? Good selling skills
? Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams without formal authority
? Autonomy, Discipline, Focus, Customer Oriented
? Good working knowledge with computer tools and programs
