Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Set-up, maintain and improve in-house testing process and equipments.
2-Work with US counterparts for failure analysis and continuous improvement activities.
3-Explore and design of new testing method as required.
4-Take lead in working with 3rd party testing such as CCC, CQC,and UL.
5-Other QA responsibilities including failure analysis, supplier management, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
1-Strong communication skills with good command of English in both speaking, reading and writting.
2-Bachlor's degree or above in electric engineering or equivalent.
3-Min 2 years working experience prefered in QA or testing area, experience in electric power transmission and/or lamp circuit is a strong plus.
4-Experience in using lab measurement equipments, such as multimeter and oscilloscope.
5-Good understanding of three-phase and single-phase electric power.
6-Experience in CCC, CQC, UL will be a plus.
7-Initiative and good team work spirit.
