Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for supplier control including lead time, quality, technical support, etc.
2.Responsible for material planning and procurement to meet production need.
3.Provide technical support to all departments in the company when necessary for material related issues.
4.Support the plans, material cost reduction goals.
5.Work with Quality and Production department to implement new process and any ECN related to China plant.
6.Take part in the process of sourcing new vendors, such as vendor investigation, qualification, audit, etc.
7.Communicate with US colleagues for relevant issues.
8.Work with R&D department for product development projects.
9.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:
1.College degree with major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering related.
2.Minimum 3 years Purchasing/Engineering/Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
3.Good knowledge in print reading and interpretation. Auto CAD skill will be a plus.
4.Proficient in print reading and interpretation.
5.Proficient oral & written English skills.
