3.Position Requirements
职位要求：
?Degree in Engineering(Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics)
?Minimum 5 years in Facilities and Safety managerial position
?Possess good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
?Possess good knowledge and experience in HVAC systems,building maintenance and
safety management
?Possess strong project management planning and skills
?Able to work under pressure and deadlines

4.Responsibilities Scope
职责范围：
?Oversee and lead a team in facilities, building and safety management
?Lead and manage facilities equipment, building and safety inspections and risk assessment audits
?Monitor and improve key performance indicators and create opportunities for improvement
?Ensure company’s operations are safe and in compliance with statutory regulations and
international standards/practices
?Effective implementation and management of a comprehensive workplace safety system
?Able to lead contractor to ensure smooth progress of works with high quality standards and minimal defects
