Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Take full responsibilities of project management since the contract awarded until the acceptance by the customer. Ensure to deliver a fully working system on time and on budget per the tender specifications and contract requirements, and to collect money on time;

1.Involve in the project during the contract negotiation phase to check out the potential risks on realization and ensure the sales team well noted about the risks;
2.Be a representative of Musco to the customer & consultant on all project affairs, such as documents approval, site acceptance, project scheduling, customer acceptance and money collection, etc.;
3.Take the lead to negotiate with the customer on variations;
4.Lead the project team, make sure each team member knows the expectation on her/him.
5.Help the project team on establishing good working relationship with the cutomer, consultant, design institute, general contractor and subcontractors;
6.Approve the budget of project activities;
7.Approve the agreement with the subsupplier/subcontractor;
8.Monitor the project progress;
9.Approve the payment to the subsupplier/subcontractor;
10.Report monthly on the project progress, the corresponding financial results, and the causes in case of any big deviations;
11.Close a project when it is handed over to the customer and/or service of Musco;
12.Provide technical support to sales, project and services when needed;
13.Ensure all project activities are traceable in Musco computer management system.

Qualifications / Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above on science of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, lighting engineering or equivalent;
2.Knowledge on project management, sales and products;
3.2 years experiences on managing a project, technical support, product development or system design;
4.Good command of both oral and written English;
5.Good skills on Microsoft applications;
6.Be willing to travel extensively (50%).
