Responsibilities and Accountabilities
. Program Manager is under supervise of R&D Director:
?Write function spec of program with closely work with internal/external customer and/or Alstom experts around the world
?Preparing the Program Development Plan including definition and organisation of development
?Application of the PDQ / TDQ process (Management of the Program) according to the Business / Activity directives and organisation of the corresponding gate Reviews or leads maintains of existing products
?Organising periodic Progress reviews
？Internally with Program stakeholders as R&D Execution and / or Engineering Office
？Externally with other Business representatives impacted or concerned by the Program
?Preparing periodic Progress Reports
?Follow progress of the Program according to schedule and budget
Educational Requirements
Describe the minimum educational requirement/level
1.本科或硕士：电气与电子工程专业（发电机等）或能源与动力（电厂热能动力工程和内燃机学科）
2.English CET-4 , 英语听说读写
Experience
Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role.
1.从事发电机状态监测（如轴电压监测，局部放电监测，磁通量监测等）的研究或研发项目管理两年及以上，优秀者可放宽（如本科或硕士论文就是这方面的工作）
或者从事大型旋转机组振动监测的研发，工程应用，诊断服务工作两年及以上
2.熟悉电路硬件设计（如模数转换，运放，FPGA， CPU），电子产品的安规论证及要求，懂得电磁兼容的论证及要求
3.熟悉软件设计工具及设计要求（如数据库，操作系统，C, C++, C#等）
