Purpose:

Engineering close out adopted in ABP for steam turbine and generator products to allocate special tasks, most likely not considered for standards engineering project.
ABP工程关闭团队承担汽轮机和发电机的特殊的任务，且尚未考虑在标准的正常工程项目内。



Responsibility:

To be acquainted with the Project Master Schedule and the purchasing schedule for the assigned project.
熟知项目总体计划及项目的采购计划。

Close out task start when: 3< risk review category <6
当3< 风险评估值<6，启动关闭任务

The Risk Assessment is calculated：风险评估：
-Qualified Risk Exposure; 资质风险陈列
-Quantified Risk Exposure; 量化风险陈列
-Business impact 商业影响
Lead, manage and represent the close out groups, take responsibility
for领导并管理并代表本小组行使职责
- NCR support (for difficult/big NCR’s)
支持项目执行中不符合项的处理（仅限于大型或难度较大的不符合项），
- Site support (erection/commissioning) 现场安装于启动调试
- Site Acceptance Test execution现场验收
- Service Engineering工程服务
- MI calculation (where possible) 机械整合度计算 (如适用)。
-Estimate task cost 估算任务成本
-Set up task team 组建任务团队
-Organize meeting，Problem description, Action required, finished on time 组织开会，问题描述，行动要求且按时完成
-RCA， Improvement action，Solution given，total cost analysis.
根本原因分析，改进措施，提出解决，总成本分析。
All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and Company Management.
完成主管领导、公司管理层安排的、或是员工手册规定的其他合理工作。
To report to the immediate Manager on a regular basis on work progress and to produce the reports.
定期向直接经理汇报项目实施进度并编写工作报告。
To participate regularly to reviews and to report the findings.
参加定期采购审核，汇报发现的情况。




Requirement:


University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years working experience in the power or mechanical/electrical engineering industry.
机械工程专业大学本科及以上, 10年在电力、机械/电气工程的工作经验。
Be able to speak, read and write in English, such as read specifications, procedures, standards.
能够用英语读、写、说，如技术规范、程序文件、标准。
Management skills such as leadership, communication, people empowerment and development, etc.
管理能力，如领导能力，沟通能力等
Knowledge or good understanding in the terms and specification of Power Steam Turbine and Generator
掌握、理解汽轮机和发电机规范和条款
Quality control & management
质量控制和管理
Experience in Turbine and Generator manufacturing and assembly
汽轮机和发电机制造及安装
Knowledge of the ALSTOM technical specification and quality requirements of the key materials, equipment, commodities to be purchased for the company.
掌握公司采购的关键材料、设备、商品的阿尔斯通技术规范和质量要求。
Comprehensive understanding of the entire working process, Purchasing process of the Company.
充分理解公司的工作、采购流程。
Understanding the quality management system.（ISO：9001）

Fair and nice, Strong stand in quality controlling, e.g. non-conformance products’ report and disposition;
