岗位职责
PURPOSE (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)

? Ensures on time delivery for the turbine/generator documentation
? Ensures/ undercuts target budget for engineering
? Represents turbine/generator engineering in the project and is the designated contact point for technical issues.
? Ensures project execution in professional process from handover to close out, reduce conflict of project execution and process expedition, handle interfaces issue professionally with internal / external customers, keep on transparent on project execution
To execute project according NEB process, key responsibility below:
· Support Procurement
· Purchasing documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) on time
· Submittal dates of documents for Inquiries to PR
· Support PR in technical questions
· Turbine/Generator design and manufacturing
· Design and execution of the Turboset
· Arrangement and foundation planning
· P&I diagrams
· I&C equipment planning
· Submit required drawings, documents and data in time, such as
· Drawings to customer according contract
· Transportation dimensions and weights of material BOM/BOQ to logistics
· Designated contact (or as delegated to LE) for clarification of technical queries with
· Manufacturing and suppliers
· Site
· Release engineering orders and PRO orders in RPDM to manufacturing
· Obtain necessary approvals from customer via Steam Turbine/Generator PM
· Participation on meetings with customer as required by Steam Turbine /Generator PM
· Progress control of documentation acc. to time schedule
· Construction
· Ensures the construction documentation is delivered on time according the project
· specific requirements
· Ensures a proper hand over to the construction site manager
· Ensures as built documentation based on red-korrex received from site
· Commissioning
· Ensures the commissioning documentation is delivered on time according the project specific requirements
· Ensures a proper hand over to the commissioning site manager
· Ensures as built documentation based on red-korrex received from site
· Project monitors and reports:
· The Project progress (project meetings and project review)
· As sold, spent and forecast of complete engineering budget (i.e. including OM, QM,CE etc)
· Engineering progress
· Balance Score Card
· OTD
· Unplanned engineering costs
· Metrics/monthly report
· Design Freeze status
· Design Review monitor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

教育背景及工作经验
? Thermal dynamic power /Mechanical /Electrical engineer
? 3 years minimum experience in turbine /generator and auxiliary system design
? Experience in project management
? Speaking and writing currently in English
? Good skill on office software
