Technical Turbine Tender Management
汽轮机技术投标管理
? Preparation of technical proposals for steam turbine retrofit and service projects, managing all aspects of the technical bid preparation and documentation, including:

？ Identification of customer requirements
发现客户要求
？ Determination of appropriate turbine retrofit & service solution
确定适当的汽轮机改造和服务的方案
？ Assure compatibility to all interfaces and remaining components
确保改造部件能够与所有接口和保留部件相配合
？ Preparation of correct tender documentation
准备正确的投标资料
？ Coordination of all internal & external activities during tender phase

？ Ensuring compliance with internal processes in order to manage risk and secure supply for tendered projects

？ Technical support during the contract negotiation phase

? Preparation of complete, accurate and itemised cost estimates in support of budgetary and firm tenders

? Process and analyse cost offers from suppliers (internal / external);

? Prepare, review and submit RFQs to internal and external suppliers;
