Responsibility:

? Be responsible for Cleaning Up HR Database.
? Be responsible for Managing the attendance Report, collecting & consolidating the data and checking with each assistant about the attendance status, making difference analysis.
? Assist HR Specialist input the data in PMX.
? Assist HR Manager arrange the interview.
? Assist HR Generalist finish the admin work.

Requirement:

? College degree, majoring in managerial disciplines such as human resources management.
? Proficient in office automation software (especially Word and Excel).
? Proficient in English communication.
