2. RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for producing engineering and design deliverables necessary for tendering works and project execution according to schedule and budget.

3. MAIN DUTIES:
·Prepare the mechanical specifications for purchase requisitions (except regulation valve)
·technical support for quotations of mechanical equipment
·Provide technical support and quotation evaluation of vendor's mechanical equipment
·Ensure equipment in compliance with updated mechanical requirements, standards and codes
·Supervise site erection and cold commissioning of mechanical equipment
·Technical support for the manufacture, acceptance test and verification of the fabrication of mechanical equipment
·Lead basic engineering of internal parts, such as AIG, internal components of ESP/FF, etc., and support detail engineering of all products
·Prepare specification for insulation and paintings
·Responsible for piping layout and quantity estimation
·Prepare installation drawings of mechanical equipment
·Responsible for the O&M manual of mechanical equipment

6. QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science

Specific knowledge and skills:
>2 years of engineering experience in FGD, cogeneration, power plant or process plant design experience
Good computer skills, CAD spreadsheets; organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to independently perform routine calculations and analyses. Ability to work closely in a team environment. Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a commitment to quality
