PURPOSE (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)

Ensure the order management and engineering for turbine and blading design for customer projects and delivered in time, at the right quality and at lowest possible costs. Interface with engineering work done by client’s Design Institute and ALSTOM engineering network. Facilitate as-built drawings if needed. Provide technical tendering support. Ensure compliance with respective processes and design rules. Represent, manage and develop group in coordination with superior.
确保客户项目的产品订单以及汽轮机及叶片的工程设计能够按时交付，并在保证质量的前提下尽可能的降低成本。负责和客户设计院及阿尔斯通工程设计网络的工作接口。需要时完成工程竣工图纸的工作。提供技术投标支持。确保设计工作与各自的程序和设计原则相符。依据上级要求代表、管理和发展团队。

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

·Mechanical enginee
机械工程师
·5 years minimum experience in turbine and auxiliary system design
至少5年汽轮机及其辅助系统设计经验
·Experience in dealing with design institutes and client engineers
具有与设计院和业主工程师合作的经验
·Good knowledge of English both written and oral
良好的英语口语和书面语
·Specific knowledge

·Turbine design principles and materials, Chinese and international design codes
