To prepare the manufacturing operation plan for LSB Rotating blade and other necessary documents and drawings, clamping and cutting tools in accordance with the engineering documents for blade machining and support technique for LSB Rotating Blade.
按照设计文件及图纸，对末级动叶片编制工艺过程卡和其它必需的文件及图纸，夹具和刀具， 并且对末级动叶的加工生产进行技术支持。

Bachelor degree in mechanical manufacturing.
3 years minimum experience as process engineer in blade machining; Familiar with CNC vertical milling centers and 5-axis
CNC milling centers.
机械制造大学本科毕业 三年以上的担任叶片加工工艺工程师经验，熟悉数控立式加工中心和五轴联动数控加工中心的加工特点。

专业知识
Knowledge for special process, such as shot peening, high frequency quenching and heat treatment. Responsible for installation and implementation with special process independently.
Machining knowledge of blade machining. Mastering mechanical drawing standard.，Able to understand the engineering
drawings and documents. Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Able to read and write in English fluently.
具有喷丸，高频淬火和热处理的相关知识，能够独立负责特种工艺的安装与实施 具有叶片的机械加工知识，掌握机械制图标准，能够理解和读懂工程设计图纸和文件。熟练地操作微软办公套件和 AutoCAD， 能流利地读写英语。
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

? Preparing the Manufacturing Operation Plans for every row blades in accordance with engineering documents and master planning schedule in order that our production has the reasonable manufacturing costs and efficiency and the designed quality.
根据工程设计文件和主计划按时为每一级叶片编制工艺过程卡，使产品制造成本和加工效率合理，产品质量达到设计要 求。
? Preparing the clamping and measuring ways and tools for manufacturing the workpiece.
为零件的制造编制装夹和测量的方法和工具工装。
? Preparing the manufacturing process specifications deemed necessary to execute the manufacturing,and give the relevant training to the workers.
编写对生产中必需的生产工艺规范，并对工人提供相关的培训。
? Updating the manufacturing procedures whenever necessary, especially taking corrective actions after problems have been found.
在必要时改进制造工艺，特别是在发现问题后及时采取改进措施。
? Participating in the activities of NCR in order to close the NCR
in time.
参与 NCR 过程为了及时地关闭 NCR。
? Assisting the subcontractors to carry out the manufacturing activities in order that our products can meet the quality if necessary.
在需要的情况下，为了保证分包产品的质量，协助分包商完成分包产品的制造活动。
? Being open to market evolution and techniques，help investment people to carry out the management in term of investments,to improve productivity.
对外部的技术进步进行关注，协助投资组实现投资规划，提高生产力。
? Inputting and maintaining he routing data in ERP system in order that ERP system can run properly.
输入和维护 ERP 系统中的工艺路线数据以便于 ERP 系统能够正常地运行。
