o ABP Customer support Engineer, provide spare part management and to meet customer requirements for quality, schedule and delivery; work with the customer, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organization requirements.
ABP服务经理,提供用户服务的管理及协调并同客户,其它部门及部门内部人员一起以满足客户对于服务范围,质量,时间及备件的要求。

Engineering degree and 3 to 5 years equivalent experience

·Specific knowledge
专业知识
Steam turbine, generator, electric, control or protection system knowledge,contract knowledge
汽轮机,发电机,电气及控制保护知识,合同知识;
·Business understanding / Competences
业务了解范围 / 业务能力
Leadership skills in multi cultural environment and commercially savvy with strong operation skills.
Thorough understanding of ALSTOM steam turbine, generator, electric and control/protection system
Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Ability to make decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data.
Strong interpersonal and communication kills, integrate team-working style.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
职责范围
o To receive the clients inquiry , and make clarification management;client’s offer and contract management.
依据PDM系统进行客户备件询价管理;执行报价和合同跟踪管理;
o Maintenance customer management platform, include customer support platform ,customer technical platform and training platform management。--- Customer support database
维护客户管理平台,包括客户信息管理,客户技术管理和培训;
o Maintenance customer issue tracing platform, include customer feedback, collect/analysis//distribute/follow and feedback to customer and customer Satisfaction Questionnaire management.---ABP-PM Question Tracking Start database
维护客户问题追踪管理平台,包括客户问题反馈和分析管理,客户满意度调查管理等
o PDM system management for site collection and FSI report.Baan system IGI.
PDM 系统的维护和FSI 管理.baan 系统的货物接受IGI
o Site support for technical issue
