To prepare the manufacturing operation plan and other necessary documents and drawings, special tools in accordance with the engineering documents for generator and support the manufacturing activities in TMB generator workshops.
按照设计文件及图纸，对发电机制造编制工艺过程卡和其它必需的文件及图纸，特殊工具， 并且对 TMB 发电机车间的制造活动进行支持。

?Education / Experience
教育背景及工作经验
Bachelor degree in electrical machinery.
3 years minimum experience as process engineer in generator manufacturing; Familiar with the structure of generators and stator bar and casing manufacturing, the key knowledge of generator manufacturing.
电机专业大学本科毕业
三年以上的担任发电机制造工艺工程师经验，熟悉发电机的结构和定子线棒及机座制造经验的关键知识。

Having the knowledge of generator. Mastering mechanical drawing standard. Able to understand the engineering drawings and documents. Expertly operating Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Able to read and write in English fluently.

Understand internal relations in Manufacturing and cross relations between Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing. Good communication skills in order to link with the related employees. Able to prepare manufacturing operation plan and design special tooling for generator manufacturing according to the Engineering documents. Supporting the activities in workshops with good service consciousness.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
职责范围
? Preparing the Manufacturing Operation Plans for generator casing, rotors assembly, stator bars and laminations producing in accordance with engineering documents and master planning schedule in order that our production has the reasonable costs and efficiency and the designed quality.
根据工程设计文件和主计划按时为定子机座、转子下线、定子线棒和冲片的制造等编制工艺过程卡，使产品制造成本和加工效率合理，产品质量达到设计要求。
? Preparing the clamping and measuring ways and tools for producing the generators.
为发电机的制造编制装夹和测量的方法和工具工装。
? Preparing the manufacturing process specifications deemed necessary to execute the manufacturing,and give the relevant training to the workers.
编写对生产中必需的生产工艺规范，并对工人提供相关的培训。
? Updating the manufacturing procedures whenever necessary, especially taking corrective actions after problems have been found.
在必要时改进制造工艺，特别是在发现问题后及时采取改进措施。
? Participating in the activities of NCR in order to close the NCR in time.
参与 NCR 过程为了及时地关闭 NCR。
? Assisting the subcontractors to carry out the manufacturing activities in order that our products can meet the quality if necessary.

? Being open to market evolution and techniques，help investment people to carry out the management in term of investments, to improve productivity.

? Supervise and support the self inspection process.

? Inputting and maintaining the routing data in ERP system in order that ERP system can run properly.
