Customer Delight

· Visit customers regularly to understand and influence their needs
· Systematically analyze customer feedback and implement actions to reduce percentage of dissatisfied customers and increase percentage of very satisfied customer

Engineering and sales support
· Application engineering for tendering and execution in compliance with Alstom standards and procedures
· Provide complete and accurate technical offers to area sales and tendering (text, drawings, SoS, LoS, cost)
· Review boiler service proposals and ensure as sold project specification is in line with pre-calculated offer
· Provide excellent documentation and training to sales, execution, service engineers and TFAs
· Constantly analyze accuracy of pre-calculation and take effective remedial action quickly


Localization and supply chain
· Define and implement sourcing matrix for products and services together with procurement
· Adapt drawings and specifications of Alstom parts / products / services to allow competitive market pricing
· Select and qualify suppliers for local materials and services together with procurement

Boiler TS organization
· Develop a top performing team
· Hold regular appraisals and take action on non-performers as required
· Drive communications and other activities to increase employee motivation
· Ensure staff attend all necessary training programs so that skills and knowledge are constantly updated

Occupational Health and Safety
· Implement the ALSTOM occupational health and safety management system
· Drive and promote safe behaviour
· Review and communicate incident investigations

General Management
· Maintain effective cross-functional relationships
· Live and represent the Alstom values
· Drive industry initiatives where appropriate
