职位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Establish and maintain a monthly sales and tender report and associated KPIs that will allow effective management of the sales force and continuously improve market- and customer targeting
2. Develop the operational marketing plan for the designated Product Lines and work together with both Sales and Product Lines to define and implement the go to market initiatives
3. Lead and drive the ILCM together with the key account managers for the selected customers and target segments
4. Promote the product line value propositions both internally and externally. Drive the NPI (New Product Introduction) together with product lines and work with PL for the market penetration plan, and also provide the data for business case studies.
5. Develop marketing materials, promotional tools, case studies and white papers. Together with the product lines prepare and make available sales presentations and brochures, organize sales training and marketing promotion activities, such as user forum, industry events and direct marketing,
6. Lead lost and won tender reporting together with sales and product lines, aggregate the data to identify trends and provide feedback to improve offering and market / customer targeting
7. Work with the global marketing team, the TSCN strategy team and regional GPS Marketing for top-down initiatives as required
8. Work with the TSCN strategy team for IBPM initiatives and the MACA data collection, verification, and presentation.
9. Build a strong prospect pipeline in Powersales, monitor pipeline strength and effectiveness and together with the sales director prepare the sales reporting and forecasting for the monthly business reviews
10. Co-ownership for the target of STNC (Sales to new customer) with Field Sales managers
11. Visit customers regularly to understand and influence their needs
12. Systematically analyze customer feedback and implement actions together with execution and Product Lines to reduce percentage of dissatisfied customers and increase percentage of very satisfied customers



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1. Engineering background and with preferred market knowledge and experience, MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the Power sector, sound understanding of the systems of the powerplant, and knowledge of the power sectors.
3. Proven track record in Market development, and Sales, and Technical Support.
4. Fluency of the English and Chinese, and excellent presentation skills.
5. Multinational company experience is preferred.
