PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-ESD-adapting the production to the right level
-Keeping oneself updated of news as to equipment for the production
-Managing /Being part of the projects, concerning the field of production engineering
-Assisting with know-how in the boundary mechanical /R&D
-Production engineering projects allotted
-Developing production methods and compiling facilities /solutions in order to render the production effective.
-Conducting the development of working places, as regards layout, working methods and equipment, so that they become efficient and ergonomically correct
-Compiling job descriptions and procedures for the production, if required. Being responsible for drawing covers/documents, used in the production, being kept updated.
-Being project manager for new acquisition or change of large production equipment, which among other things includes:
Analyse requirements and make purchasing documents for purchase
Compile and file maintenance documentation
-Utilize resources and make investments according to budget.
-Submit requested reports to line manager in a timely manner, e.g. weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.
-Comply with the general company rules such as standard working hours, agreed working location, as well as other policies specified by Employee Handbook.
-Comply with company EHS policy.
-Complete ad hoc tasks from line manager.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

Specific knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production role,
- Have a proven track record on workers management and effective production
- Possess strong presentation, organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skill both in verbal and written, Mandarin in speaking
- Possess high confidence and credibility to influence senior team members
- Strong team player, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across cultures and regions
