Responsibilities:
1. Compliance with the Quality and EHS rules from the project, business, sector and corporate within the own area of responsibility.
2. Ensure leadership and motivation by establishing an open and broad communication of the principles,objectives and targets of the project including the feedback communication.
3. Maintain identification of training needs, planning, execution and follow-up of the appropriate training as required for the own project members.
4.Represent his engineering scope of supply and services in the project-team and in technical meetings towards the customer.
5. Manage the team in charge of the engineering scope of supply and/or services assigned to him/her.
6. Take-over project from the offer-team, review/comment and reach agreement on the actual project documentation: Scope of supply and Division of Work, Cost-calculation incl. supplier offers for tendering purposes, "Delta list", showing the differences between a reference power plant and the contacted plant, Technical and commercial contract documentation as appropriate for his work and his team risk review.
7. Ensure that the design of his Engineering function is according to the applicable rules, regulations codes and standards and according to good engineering practise especially with regard to Environmental aspects and Health & Safety of Site Personal, Operators, Maintenance personnel and third parties.
