Responsibilities:


Prior intervention
1.Collect assignment for inspections.
2.Collect documentation relevant to equipment to inspect.
3.Organise briefing with SQ's before leaving office.
4.Confirm intervention with supplier (date & time, location, contact).
5.Confirm with supplier availability of procedures and EOMR, ready for verification.
6.Organise travel and accommodation.


During inspection
1.Perform Expediting, quality inspection, Final conformity or Pre-Shipment inspection according to notification
2.Analyses manufacturing schedules versus contractual delivery dates, Project Procurement master schedules (Expeditor)
3.Check procedure for tests (Inspector)
4.Check calibration certificates of the instrumentation used for tests(Inspector)
5.Check availability of Quality documentation and review at random (Inspector)
6.Identify and report discrepancies if any
7.Issue discrepancies / final conformity report or PSI check list when needed Insure signature of supplier
8.Verifies procurement status and fabrication progress and compares to overall schedules (Expeditor)
9.Collect information from supplier about next intervention date.


After inspection
1.Report by phone without delay to SQ to inform him about the results of intervention
2.Fax or email PSI check list / discrepancy report / final conformity report to SQ (Inspector)
3.Suggests (in case of delays) mitigation plans to PSQ or ESQ for approval
4.Prepare and send intervention report to SQ
