Purpose of the Job

Responsibility to carry out and monitor a specific area of treasury activity within a regional treasury organization. The treasury activities include but not limited to, Bonds and Guarantees and trade finance, PMX bank solution, AMEX card management.


Mission
Responsibilities to assist with coordination and manage the implementation of the following activities. These tasks will be carried out under the management of a Regional Treasurer. The activities can include part of the scope below:

Process Management
o Ensure that the relevant corporate instructions are applied

Financial Management
o Bonds and PCG Management
· Fronting with the banks regarding domestic lines or managing relations with Corporate Banks for the Corporate Treasury in the case of Corporate Management
· Assessment in terms of wording
· Full management of Bonds and others following B&G requests from units
· On case by case basis: BONGA management and fees calculation
· Within the Corporate treasury BONGA analysis, support to the units on BGs over EUR2M and relations with the banks
· Daily B&G management
o PMX management for banking payment solution
· To work with the banks & Corporate team to deploy the fully payment solution automatically
· To manage the existing bank payment solution
o Corporate card management
· To implementation the AMEX card for Alstom China units.
· To maintain the AMEX card operation
o Daily operation for AMEX card, include but not limit to application, cancel, etc.

Coordination
o Maintain regular contact with a broad network of ALSTOM and non-ALSTOM colleagues to share trends and good practices and ensure excellent coordination with other members of the finance community.


Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field. Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

Knowledge / Experience

Experience (3/5 years) in Treasury or finance, Works under supervision;
sound commercial and banking knowledge
Experts in Excel and financial modelling skills,

Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies

Technical skills / competencies:
Familiar with relevant treasury concepts, practices, procedures and Treasury operations.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Familiar with a bonds and guarantees procedures, related legal concepts and banking processes

Behavioural skills / competencies:
Good Communication skills / Ability to Influencing change /Business partner, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
