职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach and develop the sales team (internal/external) at operational level for long term sustainable profitable growth by channels and geographically as the business development requires
2. Ensure sales Objectives are met in a timely manner
3. Ensure Flawless Execution at all level, but in particular with In-Cup Quality, Sales, Branding, Performance, Promotions and Channel Management
4. Support and assist where necessary trade services (Maintenance & Repairs, Water Management) to the trade covering Beverage Systems and Key Account requirements in cooperate with Beverage Operation Team
5. Ensure correct usage and monitoring of tools .
6. Assist Field Sales Manager in necessary reports and other duties as and when required
7. Continually extend, manage and develop a professional distribution network to optimize the depth coverage of our products and service
8. Gathering of market intelligence of competitors
Competencies Required
1. College degree or above
2. At least 5 years Area level sales team management experience in FMCG MNC
3. Solid operation experience in foodservice, working experience in MNC is a plus
4. Good leadership, able to organize sales team to meet the business needs
5. Good communication & negotiation skills
6. Tactful and persistent, take ownership, high degree of self motivation, able to work independently under high pressure
Skills & Knowledge
1. In-depth knowledge of beverage system. relevant Channel & Key Account Management, Foodservice & FMCG Industry, products & application, customer & channel demand generation and distribution management etc
2. Excellent Mandarin, fluent English is a plus
