Job Task:
1. Managing Logistics (shipping, import & export), Warehousing process and staff.
2. Manage the warehouse inventory levels (FG & SFG) for optimization of company resources.
3. Manage internal and external warehouses and inventories levels.
4. Analyzing logistical and warehousing problems and producing new solutions.
5. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
6. Maintain a close working relationship with Demand Planning team with
a clear understanding of Forecasting, Scheduling and Sales administration.
7. Lead and drive the Demand Fulfillment Community in identifying and sharing best practice, driving continuous process improvements and facilitating system enhancements.
8. Prepare and lead continuous Fulfillment plan team using business intelligence reports and analysis.
9. Operational Reporting - ad hoc running and creation of reports for analysis requests from Management and Supply Chain colleagues.
10. KPI Reporting - Monthly execution and commentary on identified business KPI's such as Inventory Accuracy, Loading rate, warehouse utilization, Service Levels, On time delivery.
11. Implementing health and safety procedures
12. Managing staff training issues
13. Motivating members of the team


Requirements :
? Analytical skills in the tracking, reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making.

? Strong Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics

? Proficiency in operating SAP system and warehouse management system

? University education background in Logistics / Transport / Distribution / Supply Chain

? Minimum 3 - 4 years work experience in Logistics / Distribution / Export & Import / Warehousing experience

? Good English in oral and written
