Position Summary:
Responsible for independent safety assessment (ISA) on railway signaling application level.


Job Responsibilities:
1.Project management and coordination with assessment team from headquarter on ISA of signaling system
application. Ensure delivery of ISA services;
2.Act as technical expert in carrying out ISA on signaling systems after receiving training on standards,
methodology, techniques, procedures and etc;
3.Build up and lead local technical team for ISA; Internal training to subordinates;
4.Provide technical support to sales activities;
5.Provide support in developing KA in the signaling industry and maintaining the relationship with KAs;
6.Audit the safety and quality management for the related parties;
7.Draft the audit report and final assessment report;
8.Provide consultancy supports to clients for non-conformities closure if required by clients.


Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in railway signaling, electronic engineering, automation, software engineering

and related disciplines;
2.Five years minimum job experience as engineer in the rail signaling industry;
3.Familiar with EN 5012x standards, understanding of IEC 61508 preferable;
4.Experience in signaling system (hardware/software)R&D preferable;
5.Experience as safety manager, verifier or validator preferable;
6.Familiar with signaling principles, e.g. CTCS, ETCS, CBTC;
7.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
8.Proficient in written, reading and oral English;
9.Adaptive and ready to learn;
10.Ability of working under pressure;
11.Intercultural and inter-personal communication skill;
12.Willing to travel;
13.Good at office software.
