Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for development of embedded systems and industrial data

security market.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Scouting the embedded systems and industrial data security market for technical requirements,

potential customers, competitors, market prices etc.;

2.Identification and development of key accounts in the field of conformity testing of embedded

systems in accordance with the IEC 61850 standard and international and national

IT security standards;

3.Independent initiation of ambitious testing and consulting projects in the area of smart grids;

4.Organization and implementation of workshops to address regional market requirements;

5.Participation in associations and professional events (training courses, seminars, conferences);

6.Identification and development of new business potential.

Job Requirements:

1.University degree in electrical engineering, computer sciences, business engineering or other

appropriate degrees, ideally complemented by IT security expertise;

2.In-depth background knowledge of the sector of industry, market and competition in the area of

embedded systems, smart grids and IT security;

3.Relevant professional experience in business consulting or business development, ideally in the

field of embedded systems and IT security and in market and competition analysis;

4.Knowledge of web-based and industrial communication and automation standards (IEC 61850, TCP/IP,

remote communication protocols,...);

5.Sector-specific knowledge of energy engineering, energy management, smart grid, chemical or

rail preferred;

6.Strategic thinker;

7.Team player with high level of commitment;

8.Very good learning aptitude;

9.Good analytical skills;

10.Very good communication skills;

11.Native language Mandarin/Chinese and fluency in written and spoken English and/or German.
