I.Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading Business Development for Nuclear business in TüV SüD Greater China.


II.Responsibility and Authority:
1.Propose Nuclear business strategy under GCN Industry Services Director and Power and Systems Manager's
guidance, achieve breakthrough in the business;
2.Set up and implement business development plan based on solid understanding and analysis to market and
company capabilities;
3.Take lead of the function to meet business targets;
4.Set up the team and working processes;
5.Manage the daily operation, including BD and delivery;
6.Provide guidance and support to sales, especially in KA development and new business development;
7.Build up connection with headquarter to leverage BD and technical resources.


III.Education and Experience:
Essential:
1.Bachelor degree or above better in business/ marketing or relevant with nuclear fields;
2.Basic knowledge in nuclear, and familiar with international safety regulations of nuclear and main stages
for nuclear station design/construction and known about technical characteristics of international nuclear
reactors;
3.Familiar with relevant nuclear products and market situation;
4.A strong interest in business processes, communications and customer/sales management;
5.Good communication, motivational and leadership skills and ability to build strong customer relationship;
6.Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
7.Good numerical, logical, organizational and analytical skills;
8.Good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills;
9.Positive work attitude and able to work independently in a fast-pace and challenging environment;
10.Willing to undertake a level of business travel to work at other sites and customer premises;
11.Willing to work shift/overtime where necessary;
12.Fluency in engineering based English (reading and writing).


Desirable:
1.Training experience domestically or overseas in nuclear;
2.Experence in design, research or inspection for nuclear projects;
3.Experience with developing business opportunities and implementation of strategies;
4.Proven project management skills and leadership of project teams.
