Position Summary:
The incumbent focuses on assisting and executing marketing activities, building and promoting the TüV SüD brand and its services in North Region area of Greater China.


Job Responsibilities:
1.Executing below marketing activities:
1.1 Manage, update and maintain GCN intranet;
1.2 Assist Marketing Manager for implementing market activities;
1.3 Support internal communications initiatives for marketing activities;
1.4 Coordinate satellite offices' marketing activities within north region.
2.North Region marketing administrative management:
2.1 Budget control;
2.2 Periodically activity reports and news reports;
2.3 Periodically meeting;
2.4 Information Safety management.
3.Help to ensures adherence to Asia Pacific Marketing Quality Management handbook and TüV SüD Corporate Manual (Corporate Identity and Corporate Design Guidelines).
4.Any other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.


Job Requirements:
1.University degree or above required. Graduate studies in Marketing is an advantage;
2.Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally in a PR company;
3.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop;
4.Well written in Chinese and English, and fluent in spoken English.
