Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading department business activities including operations, sales and

profitability within the Region of consideration.


Job Responsibilities:
1.Overall district business management, budget planning and monitoring;
2.Facilitate BD;
3.Overall HR planning;
4.Coordinate with Food Health and Beauty Business within GCN and Asia;
5.Facilitate sales and marketing;
6.Department strategy consolidation;
7.Key account management;
8.Internal quality management and CNAS, CMA audit / etc.;
9.Second party project overall management;
10.Coordination of project mgrs;
11.Marketing and sales for second party;
12.OEM oriented sales strategy planning and action monitoring;
13.Budgeting and achievement measuring with support of admin. & fin.;
14.To perform other duties assigned by GCN FHB Manager and Regional Product Service Manager.


Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Minimum 6 years working experience relating to Chemical and Microbiological in the Food, Health and

Beauty industries;
3.Experience and knowledge in managing testing laboratory required;
4.Experience and knowledge on local and international standards, and third testing methodologies required;
5.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and

instructions;
6.Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
7.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
9.Good people management skill;
10.Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
11.Good computer skill;
12.Good command of English;
13.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
