Responsible：

?People management, functional and disciplinary leaser of the SCM team

?Generate motivation, initiative, give sense of responsibility to logistic department staff

?Support communication within department and to other departments

?Resources planning within department, management of backup and authorizations in SAP

?Responsible and backup for material management (requirement planning, purchase order processing)

?Responsible for material master data (BOM, routing)

?Responsible and backup for execution of production cost calculation estimates.

?Responsible for Inventory management (inventory differences, year end stock taking and monthly cycle counting execution)

?Responsible for TP1 (plant responsibility) stock levels (budgeting and actual) in cooperation with the production.

?Central contact person for other logistic centers (SCM Asia Pacific, Purchasing, Packaging Competence Center, global inventory management, global material management)

?Responsibility of the business process (order fulfillment)

?SCM reporting (based on defined evaluations running within SAP)

?Continuous improvement of SCM processes and communication.

Qualification:

?academic degree bachelor or higher in SCM or other management

?working experience in logistics, material management and production planning or production cost controlling of 5 to 10 years, thereof at least 3 years as a team leader or manager.

?Work flow of material procurement and business processes

?Fluent of reading, writing and communication in English and can use English as working language;

?Good SAP user experience in module MM, PP or CO is an asset. Very good skills in MS Excel required affinity to figures and detailed work.

?Mature personality in order to lead a small team of experts and being a partner for solving problems within the own department and together with other departments. Good communicator between other related departments.
